Company’s acquisition provides foundation to expand brand throughout Metropolitan Washington, DC Region

KENSINGTON, MD ( June 4, 2019 ) — Community Title Network, LLC,  (CTN) a full service title and settlement services provider, announced  the acquisition of The Settlement Group, a title agency conducting title and settlements  services and headquartered in Burke, VA.  The agency operates four offices throughout the Northern Virginia region, providing title and settlement services with its professional staff of twenty employees.

The acquired agency was co-founded in January, 2000 by Myrna Keplinger, the company’s operating principal. Since its formation and based on its focus on customer service, the agency has grown to become one of Northern Virginia’s leading title agencies.
