Real Estate Title & Escrow a subsidiary company to Community Closing Network, and operating as a title agency in MD and DE opened its Fenwick, DE office in early January 2018. The office is managed by Devin Holland and supported by Brian Glancy, attorney at law. Both Holland and Glancy have extensive experience in real estate closings in the local markets. Holland pointed to the increasing growth in and around the Delaware beach markets and the demand from current clients to support their business in those markets. Holland states: “While we have been supporting these markets from our other offices, we are excited to create a physical and permanent presence in these beach and surrounding markets to support our clients and customers. We will be able to better serve our realtor clients, builder clients and lenders clients from a much more convenient physical location.”
